Physical Therapist

Location: Renton, Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role with a one-patient-per-hour model. You’ll guide patients through recovery by assessing their needs, creating treatment plans, and helping them build strength, stability, and better movement for daily life.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations


• Identify patient goals and functional limitations


• Deliver individualized treatment sessions


• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and manual care


• Monitor response to treatment and revise plans when needed


• Educate patients on safe home routines


• Keep accurate records of care and progress
