Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday - Friday, with weekends as needed
Provide direct patient care and support to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
