***We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Old Irving Park Rehab Clinic. This is a full‑time, salaried position at 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, with the requirement to work two evenings until 7:00 Candidates must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapy license and have outpatient experience treating orthopedic and general musculoskeletal conditions.***
