HI PT LICENSE in hand (no pending), BLS, At least 1 year of acute care experience (within the last 5 years)
Shift: 8:00 4:30 pm, one weekend day assigned at Maui Memorial Medical Center, occasional requirement to travel to Kihei location for screens or f/u care for LTC patients.
