Physical Therapist- Cardiac Rehab, Foxboro, PER DIEM

The Staff Physical Therapist is an individual with an unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Their primary responsibility is to provide patient care in cardiac rehabilitation to which they are assigned in accordance to State licensing regulations, departmental standards and policies, and accepted professional standards of care.

Primary Assigned Clinical Area: Outpatient Ambulatory Care

Patient population age groups served include: Young Adult (18 to 25 years), Adult (26 to 54 years) Senior Adult (55 to 64 years), Geriatric (65 years and up)
