+ Monday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM
+ Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
+ Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
+ Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
+ Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ 40 hours per week

**What You'll Do**

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will:

+ Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
+ Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to help patients achieve functional goals
+ Modify treatment programs based on patient progress and physician recommendations
+ Educate patients and families on recovery, wellness, and injury prevention
+ Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements
