Role Overview

We are looking for a Physical Design (PD) Lead/Manager with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation.

Location: Bangalore

We are specifically looking for a strong individual contributor who can drive complex blocks independently and take full technical ownership.

Should have led Physical Design execution of low-power domain

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Physical Design (PD) – Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, Routing, Timing Closure
- Should be able to drive Synthesis, P&R, timing, Physical Verification and IR/EM convergence
- Good understanding of Design Verification (DV) interaction
- Hands-on experience in CLP (Conformal Low Power)
- Strong knowledge of Static Timing Analysis (STA)
- Experience in advanced nodes (7nm/5nm preferred)
- ECO handling and full sign-off ownership
