            Responsibilities  Conduct indoor family portrait sessions with a professional, engaging and friendly approach 
Create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to encourage natural expressions and interactions 
Prepare and manage all photography equipment, lighting, backdrops and props prior to each session 
Direct and pose families (including young children and pets) to achieve flattering compositions 
Adapt to different group sizes, family dynamics and age groups with patience and creativity 
Ensure optimal camera settings, lighting, and set arrangements to capture high-quality images 
Retouch, resize, and enhance photos using Photoshop or other photo editing software to ensure high-quality, consistent results 
Ensure image files are organized, backed up and delivered on time according to studio standards
