Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Phlebotomy & Lab Specialist to support the receipt, handling, and organization of reagent blood products (red cells and platelets) used in manufacturing. This role will also be responsible for coordinating and performing phlebotomy for in-house donors while ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

+ Receive and log blood products from external facilities, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of segments for testing per SOPs

+ Organize, track, and reconcile blood product inventory within refrigeration units to ensure optimal utilization

+ Perform phlebotomy on in-house donors in accordance with established protocols
