Hillton PCN are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join their team on a full or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop prescribing systems to ensure safe, effective, and efficient prescribing within the practice
• Support the reception and admin teams with complex medication queries
• Support GP partners on prescribing projects and cost/safety audits and actions
• Build strong working relationships across the organisation and actively contribute to evolving the role

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered pharmacy technician with GPhC
• Diploma Level 3 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services
• Strong experience in either a community pharmacy or primary care setting
• Confidence in analysing and presenting information to health professionals
• Experience implementing and promoting cost-effective strategies
