Overview

The Pharmacy - Clinical Operations Assistant exists to ensure operational efficiency and uninterrupted clinical support within Quro Medical's pharmaceutical operations function. The role provides dedicated day-to-day operational and clinical support — acting as the key liaison between in-house clinicians, dispensing pharmacy partners, command centre and funders.

May be required to work flexible hours and provide after-hours follow-up on urgent authorisations and pharmacy operational matters. Occasional travel may be required for engagement with dispensing pharmacy partners or for site/operational coordination needs.
