- Build strong, long-term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners and pharmacy assistants.
Deliver engaging scientific product presentations and educational discussions.

Organise learning sessions and product training for pharmacy teams.

Drive product recommendation by highlighting product features, benefits and points of differentiation.

Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product availability, shelf visibility, merchandising and promotional implementation.
- Analyse territory performance and identify opportunities to grow categories and brands.

Accurately document customer interactions and activities using CRM tools.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence.
