Purpose of The Role: Pharmacist and Operations Lead
As a Poison A Licence Holder, ensure all operations activities related to distribution performed by Operation & Customer Service Teams are controlled and monitored with strict accountability in accordance to stipulated Regulatory, GSDP & GDPMD requirements.
Ensure mandatory monthly regulatory reports are maintained up to date and submitted to the respective regulatory body as per required/committed timeline.
Lead all product complaints & adverse events and coordinate with other departments to ensure timelines are met and deviations are managed where applicable.
Act as the official liaison with the local regulatory body and NPRA to ensure all regulatory licences are maintained and renewed timely.
Control and monitor all transactions (Inbound & Outbound) of all controlled drugs such as PD, DD & PSE to ensure full compliance to Poison Act & Regulations.
