SUMMARY OF DUTIES

License holder, authorized by law to dispense drugs and medicines prescribed by consultants or other registered medical personnel. Coordinates and oversees all activities of the services to ensure proper provision and dispensing of medication. Working with other medical personnel to provide treatments and drug information in a manner, which ensures optimal patient care.

MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To understand and carry out pharmaceutical care in line with Vision and mission, Core Values, Goals and objectives that suit the scope of the Pharmacy services and the hospital.
2. To understand the service organization structure.
3. To attend meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
4. To check and sign poison purchase orders prepared by the pharmacy purchasing assistant.
