Description:

Orders input is timely and consistent with workload demands. All medications and intravenous solutions dispensed are checked for accuracy and completeness. All routinely-scheduled pharmaceuticals are available for administration at the scheduled time. All dispensed pharmaceuticals are accurately weighed, measured, admixed, and labeled properly. Monitors work progress of technicians and assesses and assigns work priorities. Trains pharmacy students, pharmacy interns, technicians, and peers in systems related to pharmacy department. Demonstrates working knowledge of phone, CRT, and printers. Monitors drug usage as it relates to available supply and ensures that adequate supplies are stocked/ordered.
