Job Summary: <p>The Pharmacist Inpatient is responsible for overseeing the medication use process within an outpatient infusion center, including order verification, compounding evaluation, and treatment plan assessment. This role requires expertise in infusion medications, including oncology and non-oncology therapies, patient education, and adverse reaction management. The pharmacist will ensure safe and effective medication therapy while collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
