Onsite

1. must be licensed in both TX and CA

2. license must be in good standing

3. must live within one hour driving distance of 13501 Park Vista Blvd Ste 150, FTW, TX 76177

4. must enjoy being on the phone for 8 hours a day

• Conducts a comprehensive clinical review of pharmacotherapy for each patient including drug utilization, counseling, compliance, drug interaction screening, side effect profiling and drug administration support to ensure the patient s treatment plan is in line with evidencebased recommendations


• Documents results of pharmacotherapy review in patient chart
