Job Description

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier performance, and emerging business opportunities.
• Lead product research andproactivelysource,identify, and onboard new suppliers and vendors to diversify and strengthen procurement options.
• Negotiatefavourablecontracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals aligned with businessobjectives.
• Oversee and ensureaccurate,timelyprocessing of purchase orders and all supplier-related transactions.
• Manage supplier relationships by promptly addressing any faulty items, delays, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all orders, payments, inventory movements, and received stock.
