Job Description
The Pet Nutritionist serves as the sole nutritional authority, ensuring AAFCO-aligned nutritional compliance and overall formulation integrity within the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technologists and leadership to evaluate and refine developed formulas, ensuring they are nutritionally balanced and compliant with regulatory and claim requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Work within formulation systems such as ASC5 nutrition software.

+ Support testing procedures for new products and communicate directly with customers regarding formulation adjustments.

+ Prepare ingredient statements, feeding instructions, and labeling support documentation.

+ Review customer labels for compliance.

+ Manage a portfolio of approximately 30–60 active formulas at varying stages, including early development and pre-production readiness.
