General Description:

Responsible for the service, sales and retention of client accounts assigned to the Customer Care Center. Activities include, but not limited to new and renewal marketing, handling client questions and requests, policy checking and coverage review. Required to perform essential functions and meet service standards and Best Practices developed by USI.

Responsibilities:

• Service client accounts independently utilizing carrier websites and online rating systems.
• Provide technical expertise in coordinating the service of new and existing clients through sales, account development, and problem solving in accordance with the objectives and procedures based on USI Core Values and Standards.
