Key Responsibilities
Case Evaluation & Client Consultation:Meet with potential clients to assess their cases.Provide legal advice and outline possible courses of action.Legal Research & Case Preparation:Investigate accident reports, medical records, and witness statements.Gather and analyze evidence to build a strong case.Consult with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals.Negotiation & Settlement:Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.<...
