Personal Care / Support Work Instructions Actions:

Provide scheduled personal care support to assist Arthur with showering, drying and dressing.

Ensure support workers provide direct physical assistance and supervision due to mobility limitations and bathroom access risks (high shower lip/step).

Encourage safe showering routines and allow sufficient time to avoid rushing.

Monitor Arthur's mobility, balance, and fatigue during showering and report any changes to the Care Manager.

Recommend Occupational Therapy assessment to review bathroom safety and consider aids or modifications to reduce falls risk. Prefer Greek Speaking worker see less
