Assisting a 56-year-old Gentleman who is a wheelchair user, Cerebral Palsy, and is Non‑Verbal with all aspects of day‑to‑day living. My client lives with his family in Wednesfield and is a very pleasant, sociable individual who has a passion for music.

• Social stimulation – My client attends a Day Centre.

Assisting with all personal care; Hoisted on all transfers using a Ceiling hoist, washing, dressing, continence care, monitoring skin integrity on every visit, support with medication support.
