Provide comprehensive and confidential executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure the smooth and efficient management of daily operations.
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, business engagements, annual leave planning, as well as coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements. This includes arranging lunch and dinner reservations when required.
Effectively support the CEO by screening, compiling, proofreading, and reviewing incoming calls, emails, reports, and other documents, ensuring timely responses, approvals, and follow-up actions.
