Skud Technical is looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO to provide direct administrative, coordination, and follow‑up support to the CEO. This role involves scheduling, reminders, document tracking, communication, meeting coordination, task follow‑ups, and supporting daily execution matters. It is suitable for someone highly organised, discreet, proactive, and able to keep matters moving without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, meetings, reminders, and daily priorities
- Follow up with internal team members on pending tasks, updates, submissions, and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, prepare simple agendas, and track action items after discussions
- Handle emails, messages, documents, and correspondence as required
