Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Financial Manager, Operations Manager, and CEO.
• Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including flights and transport.
• Manage petty cash, fuel summaries, and ad-hoc payment processing.
• Handle fitment rebates and assist with insurance claims administration.
• Prepare, organize, scan, and distribute business documentation.
• Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Assist with event planning, including year-end functions, customer events, and company initiatives.
• Support the Operations Manager with project and event coordination.
