Organize and maintain efficient filing system
Provide administrative support to the Company to maintain smooth office operations including but not limited to handle expense claims, and administrative documentation
Manage renewal of membership subscriptions and licensing to ensure compliance and continuity
Any other additional tasks as assigned to support executive and office needs
Preferred with pleasant personality.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Meticulous and systematic
Have a flair for figures
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
