Job Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the Department Head by managing a hectic schedule, making business travel arrangements and expenses claims, and providing coordination work for internal/external events and programs.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Building relationships with key internal and external customers
  • Maintaining of office systems and ensure proper filing of all documents
  • Timely processing of purchase orders, invoices and expense claims
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant working experience
