Our client, in the Engineering/Construction industry are currently seeking the skills of a Personal Assistant to the Project Manager to be based in Durban
Main job function
- Coordinate, schedule, and administer meetings, including:
- Meeting set-up and logistics
- Minute taking and transcription
- Distribution of meeting records and action items
- Communicate professionally and confidently with Contractors, Consultants, and Client representatives.
- Contribute towards a positive and happy team spirit.
- Effective diary management, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Manage and maintain the Project Manager’s professional registration records.
- Prepare, update, and submit accurate timesheets and payroll claims in accordance with project and company reporting requirements.
