You will need to have the following experience:
Significant direct experience of working with looked after young people and young adults between ages 16 and 25 with experience of multi-agency planning with a basic understanding of the law relating to the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children and Social Work Act 2017.An awareness of the criminal justice system and the respective roles and responsibilities of youth justice services, HMPPS/CRC and children’s services.Experience of supporting and advising young people leaving care by helping them to find suitable accommodationExperience and understanding of adolescence in relation to developmental, familial, social and environmental factors that impact on...
