Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Permitting Supervisor (Arabic Native Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of Dubai’s municipal regulations and have a proven track record of resolving complex approval bottlenecks through practical experience. Fluency in English or Chinese is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Permitting Strategy & Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of government approval milestones for projects, acting as the primary bridge between the project team and government authorities. Report directly to the Project Director.
• Authority Liaison & Core Approvals: Independently or in coordination with engineering consultants, drive the approval process with Dubai Municipality (DM). Key tasks include securing Change of Use permits, updating Affection Plans, and obtaining Planning/Building Permits (PD/DD) and final construction permits.
