Perform customs permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance
Attending to customs enquiry and feedback via physical contact, email, phone calls
Classify goods accurately under the correct Harmonized System (HS) codes and ensure permits are aligned with the appropriate trade schemes or exemptions
Coordinate with customs officers, salesperson, and logistics partners to ensure smooth clearance and transportation of goods
Reviewing internal team performance, operation work processes established and implementing necessary control measures for continuous improvement
Operate and manage electronic permit declaration systems (e.g., TradeNet) efficiently.
Job Requirements
Holding a Customs Competency Certificate is an advantage and will be considered first during selection.
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
