Qualifications and Experience

required:Master’s degree in social work and member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with children, youth, and families at risk. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to be self-directed in a complex work environment.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.Experience providing evidence-informed individual and group interventions (both small and large group), with children and youth experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
