The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nursing Supervisor is:
- Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
- Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.
- Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment
- Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.
