Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Partners, Directors to Managers assigned under his/her portfolio
Undertake various administrative tasks such as secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc
Process billings and managing the billing process
Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed standard operating procedures to minimize delinquency and ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines
May be required to prepare statement of accounts, monthly ageing reports and/or any other adhoc reports as requested
Maintain ‘live’ or up to date status reports, and provide the reports to managers upon requests
Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders
May be required to prepare simple analytical reports when necessary
