Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full sets of account (AP, AR & GL functions)
  • Maintenance accounts receivable files and records
  • Handles GL Journals, accounting schedules and monthly reconciliations
  • Handles the monthly and yearly reports
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns
  • Other adhoc work assigned

  • Mon to Fri: 8.00am to 6.00pm
  • up to $2,800 + OT + AWS

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ level, Diploma holder or equivalent
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient in Excel & Sage 300 system knowledge (ACCPAC)
