Role: Performance Tester
JD: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
Strong expertise in analyzing performance testing requirements, guiding client stakeholders and recommending efficient production‑like workload and test strategies.
Hands‑on experience in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy definition, Workload Modeling, Test Case Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, and Defect Management.
Proficient in executing benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other nonfunctional tests. Monitor application and system logs to assess system behavior, identify bottlenecks and address technical issues in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
Strong experience in analyzing performance test results including CPU utilization, memory usage, network usage, garbage collection and database parameters and reports to validate application performance and stability.
