WHAT YOU‘LL OWN • Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns - end-to-end. From strategy to creative brief to daily optimization. • Own key metrics daily: ROAS, CAC, CPP, CTR, delivery rate, prepaid vs COD ratio, and RTO by pincode. • Work closely with the creative team to ideate and test ad formats - UGC, unboxing, testimonials, advertorials - and identify winning creatives at speed. • Manage creative fatigue proactively - refresh cycles, audience testing, funnel segmentation. • Manage ad spend budget efficiently - currently 30-5...
