We are seeking a Product Manager, User Growth (Paid Media) to drive global user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven growth strategies and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across major digital advertising channels, including strategy, creatives, and budget allocation: Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, retention) and drive continuous optimization.
- Partner with data teams to define growth metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems.
- Lead growth experiments using funnel analysis, user segmentation, and A/B testing to improve key growth metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize growth and experimentation processes.
