The Performance Marketing Executive will drive forward marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid's overall business. This role owns relationships with leading brand partners, managing best‑in‑class digital marketing and executing campaigns aligned with clients' objectives to maximize e‑commerce‑driven digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across e‑commerce marketplaces (TikTok), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS)
• Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
• Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real‑time targeting recommendations
