We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok .
The ideal candidate should be data‑driven, analytical, and capable of improving ROI through smart targeting, budgeting, and performance insights.

Requirements

• 2–3 years proven experience in performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager .
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization .
• Ability to read and interpret analytics dashboards (GA4, Ads Managers, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with data, analyze patterns, and make fast decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on
