We're hiring a Performance Marketer at Natura X, Kozhikode office.

₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month. On-site. Full-time. (Our office is located at KINFRA, Kozhikode.)

Natura X is a doctor-led Ayurvedic skincare brand built for people living with chronic skin conditions — psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis. We're scaling fast, and we need someone to own the paid acquisition engine.

What you'll own:

→ ₹40,000+ in daily ad spend — managed, optimised, and accountable to you

→ Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) as your primary platform, Google Ads supporting the broader funnel

→ Lead volume and CPL — not just reported, but actively driven down

→ Creative evaluation — reading what the data says about an ad and feeding that back to our Creative Director so every iteration performs better than the last

→ Daily creative reporting — tracking spikes, drop...
