Description

Darigold is seeking Performance-based Trainers at our plant in Pasco, Washington. The Performance-Based Trainer (PBT) will work closely with the senior Plant Management team and members of the human resources team to establish overall operational training objectives. The PBT will design programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, and/or on-the-job training. The PBT will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of employees’ careers. PBT will also set performance metrics, evaluate productivity, and help plant employees create long-term career plans within Darigold.

Performance-Based Trainers will work in the following areas: Receiving/Wet Processing; Powder Plant; Butter Plant
