You’ll help a busy Housing Service understand what’s working, what needs attention, and where improvements will make the biggest difference for residents.

Working as part of an Insight & Improvement function, you’ll take ownership of performance reporting, analysis, and visualisation—shaping how information is used by managers, senior leaders, and regulatory bodies.
