Role OverviewThe Performance Account Manager is a hybrid role blending hands‑on technical Ad Operations with strategic Client Relationship Management. You will not just manage client expectations and brief internal teams, you will be directly responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing multi‑channel paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic) to hit client KPIs. Beyond day‑to‑day performance, you will own client retention and proactively identify gaps in client strategies to upsell additional services that drive mutual business growth.
