Angel Care Hospice and Palliative is currently seeking an experienced Hospice LVN to provide compassionate end-of-life care for our patients and their families in the Los Angeles County areas including (San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and West Los Angeles). The ideal candidate is one who is knowledgable with hospice principles and philosophy and willing to travel within designated locations.  Our patients reside in their own residences, assisted living facilities or nursing homes throughout Southern California.
