Must have current & extensive People Tools / PeopleSoft HRMS Development (PeopleCode) experience.
Must have HR functionalities hands-on experience in Workforce Administration (including Position Management), Compensation, Global Payroll, Absence Management, and Global Assignments.
Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Page Design, PeopleCode, Application engine, File layouts, SQR, BI publisher, Application packages, Component interfaces, Integration Broker, Vision Hands-On experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades tools and (PUM) is a big bonus.
Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
