PeopleSoft Senior Developer

This role is a proactive coordinator within Information Systems, working with PeopleSoft users to meet business objectives through technology. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, supporting upgrades, and ensuring client care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare system‑related documentation, including business requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications, training materials, and user manuals.
• Work with clients at all levels to define business processes and advise on PeopleSoft usage.
• Provide hands‑on support for Oracle WebLogic, Tuxedo, JDK, and Elastic Search.
• Execute PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades, applying Update/Change Assistant and maintenance tools.
• Setup, configure, and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and Oracle databases following industry best practices.
