Install, configure, administer, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components, including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and middleware running on Windows infrastructure.
Perform PeopleSoft bundle patching, maintenance updates, and PeopleTools upgrades.
Monitor the PeopleSoft environment for system performance, resource utilization, availability, and overall system health, including proactive performance tuning.
Provide application and technical support, bug fixes, and remediation for vulnerabilities and security issues affecting existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PeopleSoft environment, including network, software, hardware, operating system, middleware, and connectivity.
Develop, implement, and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications.
