Motorsport Network is looking for a People Process Lead to enhance HR processes across the employee lifecycle at McLaren. In this 12-month fixed term contract, you will design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

Your role will involve stakeholder engagement, process redesign, and leveraging data to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Hybrid working is supported with 3 days a week based at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking.
